Jason Garrett is an American Football coach and former player. He is also popularly known as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL).

In 2008, he interviewed for the head coaching job of the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons and received offers from both.
On 8th November 2010, he was named as interim head coach of the Cowboys after fourth-year head coach Wade Phillips. On 13th January 2015, Garrett agreed to stay in Dallas for 5 more years.
