Mike Lookinland is an American actor who is popular for starring in The Brady Bunch as Bobby Brady and in A Very Brady Renovation.
He was born Michael Paul Lookinland on December 19, 1960, in Mount Pleasant, Utah, USA to father Paul Lookinland and mother Karen Lookinland. He has two siblings -sister Theresa Lookinland and brother Todd Lookinland, an actor.
Mike joined Hollywood Professional School and Chadwick School. He briefly studied at the University of Utah but dropped out so as to pursue a career as a production assistant and camera operator.
He started working as an actor at the age of 7. By the age of 9, he made his appearances in numerous television commercials including for Cheerios, Band-Aid bandages as well as toys.
At the age of 9, he was cast as Robert ‘Bobby’ Brady in the hit sitcom The Brady Bunch. He portrayed the character until the show’s end in 1974.
Later, he appeared in the films The Towering Inferno (1974), Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star (2003).
His other performances include in Funny Face (1971), The Brady Kids (1972-1973), The Brady Bunch Hour (1976-1977), The Brady Girls Get Married (1981), The Bradys (1990), Growing Up Brady (2000), A Very Brady Renovation (2019).
After his wife bought a library book on making concrete countertops, Mike Lookinland quit his job as a cameraman and started his own business. He has been making custom concrete countertops.
