It’s over for Erika Jayne divorce husband Tom Girardi.
The star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” 49, filed for divorce from her 81-year-old lawyer husband on Tuesday, per an l. a. County court docket obtained by Page Six. The couple had been married for 21 years.
“After much consideration, I even have decided to finish my marriage to Tom Girardi,” the truth personality — also known by her pseudonym, Erika Jayne — told E!. “This isn’t a step taken lightly or easily. I even have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and therefore the lives we built together.”

“It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and that I deserved,” she concluded. “I request others to offer us that privacy also .”
It is unclear if her divorce will play out on the upcoming season of “RHOBH,” as she is currently filming.
Erika revealed in 2017 that the couple didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement before the 1999 wedding, saying: “But let me tell you something, let me be very clear. I’m married to a really powerful lawyer. A prenup wouldn’t substitute his way anyway. So it doesn’t matter whether you had one otherwise you didn’t, it’s gonna be all Tom’s way, I assure you. He’ll rip that piece of paper to shreds in two seconds!”
A rep for Girardi declined to comment to Page Six at this point.
