Rapper, model, and singer Nicki Minaj and husband Kenneth Petty welcomed their first baby Wednesday, consistent with multiple reports.
Minaj gave birth in l. a. , People and TMZ reported. The baby’s gender and name weren’t immediately released.

The Grammy-nominated artist announced her pregnancy on Instagram in July, saying that she was “overflowing excitedly & gratitude.”
Minaj and Petty tied the knot in October after nearly a year of dating. At the time, Minaj shared her marital bliss with a video of matching “Mr. and Mrs.” mugs and coordinating “Bride” and “Groom” baseball caps.
“10•21•19,” the rapper captioned the footage, appearing to ask the lovebirds’ official wedding date.
Minaj and Petty started dating in 2018 before becoming Instagram-official in December of that year. Their relationship made waves after Petty’s criminal history came to light.
Petty may be a registered, Level 2 convict on NY State’s convict Registry.
she claimed she wanted to “retire” to start out a family, yet she’s remained musically active since even grabbing her first two Billboard No. 1 songs earlier this year on features with Doja Cat and 6ix9ine. No word yet on the baby’s sex, but regardless, we’re sure she’ll count them together of her sons. and that we bet she’ll be finding out some bibs, nannies, and playrooms in time.
