Kelly’s tips: always engage your abs to protect your back. If your abdominal muscles get too tired it is better to take a few breaks than to do the movements without engaging the correct muscles.
CRUNCHES: Relax your neck.
TOE TOUCHES: relax your neck, try to keep your legs straight if you are able to.. my hamstrings and lower back are super right which is Why I am not able to.
BICYCLE CRUNCHES: sometimes I like to put something under my butt/lower back for this one, if it bothers my lower back. You should too if you feel back pain in any way.
SIDE V UPS: this is one of my all-time favorite exercises. Feel your obliques burn.
This workout does not need any equipment other than a mat or towel.
