Dwayne Johnson: Family, coronavirus
Dwayne Johnson said he’s won a fight against coronavirus. But He is warning others that the virus was a formidable foe even for him.
Luckily, the actor and former wrestling star said in an Instagram video that he and his family are now on the opposite side of their illness after all of them tested positive about three weeks ago.
“I can tell you that this has been one among the foremost challenging and difficult things we’ve ever had to endure as a family,” he said. “And on behalf of me personally, too, as well, and I have skilled some doozies within the past.”
Johnson said his two young daughters, who are ages 4 and a couple of, exhibited mild symptoms, but he and his wife, Lauren Hashian, were a special story.

“But I’m happy to inform you guys that we as a family are good. Now We are at the opposite end of it. We are on the opposite side. We are not any longer contagious. and that we are — thank god — we are healthy,” he said.
Johnson said he believes they contracted it from close family friends.
He encouraged others to exercise extreme caution when meeting with friends or family and taking measures — like getting tested for coronavirus before meeting up and wearing a mask — to stop the spread.
The actor offered tips for his followers, should they contract the virus. He recommends having guests undergo a COVID-19 test before visiting your home, staying committed to health and wellness to spice up your system, and wearing a mask.
“It has nothing to try to to with politics: Wear your mask,” Johnson said. “I am sending you guys such a lot of love than much mana, and stay healthy, my friends. And many thanks for all the love and support.”
Ever the wellness advocate, he also said he believes he benefited from his general commitment to his health.
“I’ve gotten knocked about and gotten my a– kicked a touch bit within the past with some challenges. But testing positive for Covid-19 is far different than overcoming nasty injuries or being evicted or maybe being broke. Which I even have been quite a couple of times,” he said. “The reason why I feel this is often different is that my favorite priority is to always protect my family and protect my children, my loved ones.”

Johnson and Hashian married in 2019 and share daughters Jasmine and Tiana. The actor shares another daughter, Simone, 19, together with his ex-wife Dany Garcia, whom he was married to from 1997 to 2008.
Johnson is not the only celebrity to contract the coronavirus. Other actors who have battled COVID-19 include Hanks, Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston, and Alyssa Milano.
