He started his career as an actor in the early ‘ 90s. In the beginning, he worked as uncredited extras for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Weekend at Bernie’s.

He noticed by the director, Stacy Cochran after joining Atlantic Theater Company and cast him as Vinnie DiFazio in CBS Schoolbreak Special.

In 1996, he worked various movies. Among them, the movie Scream helped him to come into the limelight. Similarly, he was nominated as Best Supporting Actor for portraying the role of Billy Loomis.
