Patrick Mahomes and fiancée Brittany Matthews went all out for baby gender reveal
Patrick Mahomes is officially a baby “#GirlDad.”
On Wednesday, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and fiancée Brittany Matthews announced they’re expecting a daughter, sharing a video from their gender reveal, which also involved their adorable pups.
“Baby Girl,” Matthews captioned the clip on Instagram. “P.s- Yes, my dogs walked down a runway with pink paws for the reveal.”

In the video, the parents-to-be pose ahead of a backdrop made from pink and blue balloons as Silver and Steel Mahomes, the couple’s pitbull and cane Corso, walk out onto a white runway with pink pawprints. Mahomes and Matthews, both 25, also fired out pink confetti from a cannon.
Matthews and Mahomes announced last month that they’re expecting their first child together. The pair also got engaged at Arrowhead Stadium in early September.
“Mom & Dad, taking a little detour to the marriage,” Matthews posted to Instagram at the time.
